We are immensely grateful to all of our Old Girls who choose to support the school through financial gifts. All donations, however large or small, make a real difference to the girls’ education.
If you are considering making a donation to NHEHS please read on to find out more about the various ways that you can support the school:
The school is proud to fund 7% of its current pupils through its bursary scheme. We would be delighted to hear from you if you wish to support the school as it continues to offer places to bright, talented girls from families with limited means.
The GDST oversees the NHEHS bursary scheme. You can use this link to make a bursary donation to NHEHS.
The Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is allocated to school departments and projects by The Head and helps to ensure that the school continues to offer a truly exceptional education to all of its pupils. The majority of our Annual Fund donors give smaller, regular donations by direct debit.
If you would like to make a donation to the annual fund, whether it be a one off donation, or by regular giving, please follow this link.
Leaving a gift to Notting Hill and Ealing High School in your will is probably the most significant way that you can support the school. If you are thinking of leaving a legacy in your will, you only need to include the school’s charity name (Girls’ Day School Trust), registered charity number (306983) and mention if you would like your gift to benefit NHEHS, or the GDST as a whole. If you already have a will, in most cases you can make a simple addition or amendment with a Codicil.
In all cases we recommend that you seek advice from your solicitor who will give you guidance about all the issues you will need to consider including information about the tax incentives that might apply to you.
If you are thinking of leaving a legacy in your will, please do get in touch to let us know. You can provide as much or as little detail as you wish but we would very much like to acknowledge your gift.
If you have any queries about financial donations please do contact Alumnae Relations Officer by email or telephone: 020 8799 8400.
